1. How to Cancel Your Subscription
Cancellation Methods
You can cancel your Pigbam subscription in two ways:

You can cancel at any time, at any point in your billing cycle. There are no minimum contract periods or penalties for early cancellation.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, ensure your cancellation is processed before your renewal date. Check your account for your exact renewal date.
2. When Cancellation Takes Effect
Access Through Current Period
Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to all paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Example
If you're on a monthly plan and cancel on the 15th of the month, your access continues until the end of that month. You won't be charged on the next billing date.
No Interruption
Your service will not be interrupted after cancellation—you'll have uninterrupted access through the end of your paid period.
3. Refunds on Cancellation
No Refunds for Used Time
Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for charges already processed or for the time remaining in your billing period.
Renewal Charges
Recurring/renewal charges that have already been processed are non-refundable. However, if you cancel before your renewal date, no future charges will occur.

4. Failed Payments & Suspension
Automatic Payment Failure
If automatic payment fails (e.g., due to expired card, insufficient funds), we will attempt to collect the payment again.
Notice Period
You will receive notice of the failed payment. You have five (5) days to cure the payment issue.
Suspension/Termination
If payment is not received within 5 days of notice, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service until the payment is resolved.
Reactivation
Upon payment of outstanding charges, your access will be reactivated. Any data may be retained or permanently deleted depending on suspension duration.
5. Your Data After Cancellation
