CANCELLATION POLICY

How to Cancel

• You can cancel your Pigbam subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
• To cancel, follow the in‑product cancellation flow (if available) or send a request to [email protected] from your account email with sufficient account details to identify you.

Effective Date of Cancellation

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds on Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for charges already processed (see Refund Policy). Recurring/renewal charges already processed are non‑refundable.

Failure to Pay

If automatic payment fails and is not cured within five (5) days after notice, we may suspend or terminate access to the Service.

Data After Cancellation

We may retain certain data for a reasonable period to comply with legal, accounting, or security obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable law.

Provider‑Initiated Cancellation

We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access for breach of this Agreement, illegal or fraudulent activity, abusive conduct, or as required by law or for operational/security reasons.
