Nature of Service

Pigbam is a software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) product delivered online. No physical goods are shipped.

Access and Activation

After successful sign‑up and payment (if applicable), access is typically provisioned promptly. Activation and access instructions are delivered via the Pigbam interface and/or by email to your registered address.

Service Availability

The Service is provided on a hosted basis. Availability may be subject to scheduled maintenance and factors outside our reasonable control (see Terms of Service). We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain reliable access.

Delivery Timeframes

Because Pigbam is delivered digitally, access generally begins shortly after successful account registration and, where applicable, payment confirmation. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, contact [email protected].

Geographic Restrictions

Certain features or access may be unavailable in some regions due to legal, technical, or third‑party restrictions. If applicable, we will provide notice in‑product or during sign‑up.

There are no shipping fees, as Pigbam is delivered electronically.
