Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how GOLESS S.à r.l sarl (“Pigbam”, “we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data in connection with the Pigbam service and pigbam.com. If you have any questions or requests, contact [email protected].

1. Data Controller

GOLESS S.à r.l sarl, 10 rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, France, is the controller for personal data processed in connection with Pigbam.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve Pigbam. Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

  • Account and profile data: email address, display name, profile picture (if provided), marketing preferences; password hash if you create a password with us; timestamps such as last_login_at.
  • Authentication and OAuth: identifiers and tokens for sign-in (e.g., OAuth access/refresh/id tokens) and related metadata necessary to operate authentication flows. Tokens are stored using encryption mechanisms in our database.
  • Business account data you provide: persona/account names, roles and stories; and, if you choose to connect third-party accounts, the credentials or access details you submit for those accounts (e.g., a third-party username and password, linked profile identifiers, and related metadata). Do not submit such data unless you are authorized to do so.
  • Service usage data: settings, warmup schedules, activity logs/records generated by the Service (e.g., warmup runs/actions, schedules, timestamps), and limited technical information used to operate the Service (such as app configuration values and request metadata).
  • Support and communications: messages you send to us, plus any information you provide in those communications.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used for sessions and essential functionality and, if enabled, for analytics or improvements.

Note: If you choose to store third-party account credentials in Pigbam or connect third-party services, we will process that information to provide the Service features you select. You are responsible for ensuring that storing or using such credentials is permitted by you and applicable third-party terms.

3. Why We Process Data (Legal Bases under GDPR, where applicable)

  • To provide and operate Pigbam; set up and manage your account; authenticate you; provide requested features (Contract necessity).
  • To maintain and improve security, investigate incidents, and prevent abuse (Legitimate interests; where required, Legal obligation).
  • To communicate with you (support, operational messages); and, where permitted, to send updates or marketing (Legitimate interests or Consent, as applicable).
  • To process payments and meet accounting/tax obligations where relevant (Legal obligation; Contract).
  • To analyze aggregate usage to improve our services (Legitimate interests; data is typically aggregated/de-identified where feasible). You may object to processing based on legitimate interests where applicable.

4. Sharing and Processing by Service Providers

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers who act on our behalf to:

  • host and operate infrastructure,
  • deliver emails and support communications,
  • provide authentication, logging, and security tooling,
  • process payments (if/when offered),
  • provide functionality necessary to run Service features you request (for example, secure browser automation or content generation services integrated into Pigbam),
  • store and process logs or generated artifacts (e.g., to help with debugging or to show activity history). Such providers process data under our instructions and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect our rights or users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar corporate transaction.

5. International Data Transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards as required by law (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses) or rely on adequacy decisions, as applicable.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Illustratively:

  • Account data: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to meet legal/operational needs.
  • Authentication/OAuth data: retained while needed to provide sign-in and for associated security/logging, then deleted or anonymized.
  • Logs and activity records: retained for operational, security, and product improvement periods, then deleted or anonymized.
  • Support communications: retained for a reasonable period after your last interaction.
  • If a Trial plan ends and no payments are made within 180 days, we may delete profiles and related trial data. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA), you may have rights to:

  • access, correct, or delete your personal data;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • data portability;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • opt out of marketing communications at any time.

To exercise rights, contact [email protected]. We will respond as required by law.

8. Children’s Privacy

Pigbam is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact [email protected] so we can delete it.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and periodic reviews of operational practices.

10. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service (e.g., authentication/session). Depending on your settings, we may also use them for improvements or analytics. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings and (where available) in-product controls.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post changes here and, when required by law, provide additional notice.
